Practical Support For Those Who Need It Most

Eureka Care Communities provides up-to-date range of care services.
Our services include all the essentials, and many optional choices, including lifestyle and social activities, and much more.

Our range of services is predicated on providing practical support in accordance with the real needs of people in care.

Quality Of Life

Professionals in the care sector strongly emphasise the need for the best possible quality of life for people in care. Better quality of life means a happier life, and also refers to provision of all the essential care services required. We deploy everything from cleaning services to social groups, home-cooked meals, medication services and mobility assistance to ensure the quality of life for people in our care is properly managed at all times.

NDIS Approved Provider

We are a National Disability Insurance Scheme provider. The NDIS provides funding (for supports) to those under the age of 65 who suffer from a permanent impairment that has a substantial effect on their intellectual, cognitive, neurological, sensory, physical, psychological, and social functioning. The NDIS process can be quite daunting for many, especially if they are new to the overall process of accessing supported accommodation. If you are unsure, are still in the planning process and not yet an NDIS participant, or even if you do not meet the NDIS access requirements, feel free to call our member organisations to enquire as to how we might be able to assist you. And don't worry, there are still some non-NDIS funding options for Disability supports for those who do not meet the NDIS criteria, or for those who only qualify for limited NDIS supports.
